Whether you’re starting or furthering your spiritual journey with our course, becoming a yoga teacher is a big responsibility that requires discipline. The spiritual path includes unexpected healing, growth, and transformation. To properly accept this practice, start with an open heart and an empty head.
India, with its vivid culture and profound wisdom, embodies a distinct and dynamic spiritual energy. Embrace the everyday surprises and wonderful learning opportunities, even if problems come. Your own path through yoga training may include periods of exhaustion, which is a natural result of healing and growth.
Adapt to the schedules and ways of India while training, as this is an important part of the experience. Be careful of electrical outages and water interruptions, which are uncontrolled aspects of daily living here. If you choose one of our provided meals, expect light options; otherwise, make adjustments to meet your dietary preferences.
Living, learning, and evolving during your time with us is all part of the adventure. Accept cultural variations and unexpected happenings to align with the fundamental essence of yogic consciousness: learning, healing, and transforming while staying a witness to the spiritual process.

Outstanding Balance: We gladly welcome your presence after the outstanding balance has been settled. Please ensure that the remaining payment is transferred two days before the course begins. Your timely attention to this situation is greatly appreciated.
Deposit and Course Fee Refund Policy:
1. A deposit is necessary to ensure your seat in the course and Retreats. The deposit is nonrefundable.
- The course price and Retreat are the total cost payable upon enrolment and are not refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- If a course is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or other reasons beyond our control, we will not refund the course fee in cash.
- Instead, we will issue a voucher to each enrolled participant equal to the total course fee paid. This voucher is valid for any other course, retreat, or service given by Yoga Om Niravana School within 12 months of the commencement date.
3. Voucher Transferability:
- The voucher granted as a refund can be transferred to friends or family members within 12 months of the course or retreat start date.
4. Course Changes and Availability:
- Yoga Om Niravana maintains the right to modify course schedules, content, and availability.
5. Registration:
- Yoga Om Niravana has the right to reject admission to Yoga Teacher Training, workshops, or lessons. Yoga Om Niravana reserves the right to deny certification to individuals who exhibit disruptive behaviour. Additionally, all trainees in our Teacher Training program must have a stable internet connection and a fully functional device, such as a laptop, tablet, or phone. This prerequisite is required for a successful educational experience in Yoga Om Niravana programs. Additionally, as part of the registration process, we respectfully request that each participant provide us with a dependable contact number. This information is critical in case we need to send significant updates or information to the participant’s family. We value transparency and effective communication, and having a specific contact number allows us to reach out quickly whenever the need arises.
- Please be aware that the use of any drugs, alcohol, or similar substances is completely prohibited throughout the course and on your free days away from school. Noncompliance with this policy may lead to immediate removal from the program. Participants are reminded that they are entirely accountable for their activities and will face the consequences of any violations of these rules.
6. Data Usage Policy:
- Information obtained is only used to provide services and shared for administrative and teaching purposes.
- Yoga Om Niravana prioritizes our students’ privacy and security. The information we collect from you is only used to provide our services and is strictly required for that reason. Any information provided to Yoga Om Niravana may be shared with administrative personnel and teachers only for administrative and teaching purposes.
- It is vital to note that Yoga Om Niravana regularly participates in social media networking platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others as part of its promotional efforts. This could include the sharing of images or other pertinent material. Yoga Om Niravana may contact graduates in the future to share information about forthcoming events and opportunities. To communicate with trainees, contact information must be provided. If any trainees are uncomfortable with the aforementioned procedures, we invite them to contact our staff via email. 7. Policy Amendment:
- Yoga Om Niravana reserves the right to review and change the Terms of Service at any time.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
1. Registration Guarantee and Late Enrolment:
- Late registration is based on seat availability.
2. Refunds and Cancellations:
- All costs are non-refundable.
3. Shifting to a Future Date:
- Students can change their course date within a 12-month period, based on seat availability.
Rules and Regulations:
As a participant in Yoga Om Niravana’s teacher training course, I agree to the following:
- Accept challenges with delight, and take pride in my physical and mental development.
- Accept complete responsibility for my own well-being, avoiding injuries and not holding Yoga Om Niravana or its employees liable.
- To graduate successfully, attend all classes and meet the Yoga Alliance criteria.
- Avoid downloading or distributing classroom videos on public networks.
- Pay the agreed-upon costs and payment structure on time to prevent being removed from the course.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude; disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the course with no return.
- Appreciate the inclusions; any discontent necessitates special arrangements at my expense.
- Have the option to exit the course early without incurring a money return.
- Recognize that my agreement with Yoga Om Niravana is unique, and that my growth is dependent on my personal dedication.
- Meet all certificate criteria, including timely submission of assignments and tests.
- Respect the Management Team’s privacy and only share issues at suitable times.
- Allow the school to use photographs for assessment, evaluation, and promotional reasons on its platforms.
