The Best Yoga Teacher Training School in India.

We offer a punctual 22-day Yoga Teacher Training program in India that covers 200 hours. Students can become RYT 200 registered with Yoga Alliance USA after completing the Yoga TTC course, which certifies the program and reinforces the fundamentals of yoga so that students can expand their practices. Yoga Alliance USA-recognized RYT 500-level certification requires completion of both the Yoga TTC and the 200-Hour Yoga TTC, an advanced level of yoga teacher training.

Those seeking deeper understanding and practice of yoga can find a firm grounding in the teachings of Yoga Om Nirvana. While asanas—the physical postures of yoga—have contributed to its meteoric rise in popularity in recent decades, the practice's other, equally important tenets have frequently received less attention. By including spiritual teachings and practices into our Best 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in India, we make sure that our students get a well-rounded understanding of yoga and help them grow spiritually and personally.

Highlights of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Dharamshala, India.

Subjects covering the foundations of yoga make up the bulk of the training program. Some of the subjects covered include breathing exercises (pranayama), kriyas (shat), asanas (physical postures), yoga anatomy, nidra (meditation), and philosophy of yoga. Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga Vinyasa are the asana practices that are offered at our school.

Each week of training consists of six days of intense practice followed by one day of planned rest. We have a full day of recovery day to get ready for next week. To make sure everyone has a quiet day, the rest day is typically planned on a weekday instead of a weekend, when there are usually a lot of tourists and traffic.

The course fee provides students with an all-inclusive package that covers accommodations and meals (except on the rest day) throughout the duration of the training.

Typical Daily Schedule.

We keep a tight daily schedule to ensure that our students get the most out of the yoga teachings and practices during this yoga teacher training (YTT) program. As part of your practice, it is recommended that you get enough rest every night by sleeping early. This will help you stay healthy and focused throughout the program.

Yoga Alliance's RYT200 Program

In order to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), one must fulfill Yoga Alliance's requirement of completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (TTC). The 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved curriculum at a Registered Yoga School (RYS200) is the only way to get this certification. You will have the chance to register as a RYT200 with Yoga Alliance USA after finishing our 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in India. This will give you international recognition as a qualified yoga teacher.

We want students to be self-disciplined and committed to their physical practice before, during, and after the training, but they do not need to know all Ashtanga Primary Series postures. Yoga instructors cannot be acrobats. You, not the person on the mat next to you, should be your best in all aspects of yoga.
