Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Yoga

  • Introduction and history of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
  • Exploration of vinyasa, Ujjayi pranayama, bandhas, and drishti.
  • Modified primary and intermediate series: standing, seated, and finishing asanas.
  • Three weekly 75-minute classes.
  • Daily 2-hour alignment and modification workshops.
  • Prop application in varied poses.
  • Supervised teaching of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow from Day One, in both solo and group settings.
  • Comprehensive hands-on adjustment training.

Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Partner Yoga

  • Morning Hatha Yoga rituals.
  • Intermediate to advanced Vinyasa Flow (90-minute sessions).
  • Dual Yin sessions throughout the training.
