Tanvi’s journey into yoga began as a personal exploration of the body, movement, and inner awareness, and gradually evolved into a deeper path of study and sharing. Based in South Goa, she has been immersed in a lifestyle that blends practice, nature, and mindful living.
Her approach to yoga is both intuitive and structured. With a strong interest in Yin Yoga, meditation, and subtle body awareness, she is drawn to practices that encourage stillness, observation, and emotional release. At the same time, she values dynamic movement and functional understanding of the body, creating a balance between effort and ease.
Tanvi has been deepening her studies through teacher trainings and self-inquiry, exploring areas such as Yin philosophy, meridians, breathwork, and the energetic body. Her interest extends beyond postures into the philosophical and experiential aspects of yoga—how practice can support not just physical health, but mental clarity and emotional balance.
Alongside yoga, she has a background in languages and communication, which reflects in the way she holds space—clear, thoughtful, and accessible. She also works closely with community initiatives and mindful living spaces, bringing people together through shared experiences.
Her intention as a teacher is simple:
to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore their own inner landscape with curiosity and ease.
