200-Hour Yoga TTC Overview
Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow Multi-style Yoga
Yoga Om Nirvana is a world-renowned Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher training institution at Goa’s stunning beaches and Dharmshala, India. Since its founding, our 200-hour Multistyle teacher training program has graduated over 1,000 yoga instructors.
Yoga Om Nirvana was developed to teach yoga holistically, emphasizing all eight limbs beyond asana. Our 200-hour Multi Style Yoga Teacher Training Course gives you the information, abilities, and confidence to teach Traditional Hatha, Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, and Vinyasa Flow yoga.
The program follows Sage Patanjali’s 3000-year-old Ashtanga Yoga system, integrating Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary and Flow. The curriculum includes asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, alignment, adjustment, and teaching practice. You’ll learn Ashtanga Yoga Primary series, multiple Vinyasa routines, and how to design your own classes.
While our teaching is traditional, our approach is innovative and unorthodox. Creativity, intuition, and spirituality are encouraged. No religion or dogma guides our lessons.
