Invite Yin Energy Into Your Life

Slow down. Soften. Develop emotional awareness.

Our 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive journey into the stillness and wisdom of Yin. This course is designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and dedicated beginner students who wish to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and the subtle body.

Through a balance of theory and practice, you’ll explore the principles of Yin Yoga, the energetic pathways of Traditional Chinese Medicine (the meridians and five elements), and the art of creating a safe, meditative space for deep emotional release. You’ll learn to skillfully sequence Yin classes, and integrate mindfulness, breath, and stillness into your teaching.

This training is not only about teaching Yin — it’s an invitation to live Yin: to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

What You’ll Learn

  • Yin Yoga philosophy, principles, and practice
  • Anatomy of fascia and connective tissue
  • Meridian theory and the five elements of Chinese Medicine
  • Sequencing and theming Yin Yoga classes
  • Use of props, adjustments, and variations for 20 traditional Yin Asanas
  • Meditation, mindfulness, and breath awareness
