Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training

Om Yoga Nirvana is a world-renowned, Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher training school located on the serene beaches of Palolem, Goa, and in the peaceful mountains of Dharamshala. Since its founding, our 200 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training (21 Days) has guided students from around the world on their journey to becoming confident and authentic yoga teachers.

At Om Yoga Nirvana, yoga is taught as a complete way of life — going far beyond physical postures. Rooted in the wisdom of Sage Patanjali’s ancient yogic system, this training blends Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, and Vinyasa Flow into a deeply immersive and transformational experience.

Throughout the course, students develop not only a strong physical practice, but also a deeper understanding of the body, breath, mind, and yogic lifestyle. The curriculum includes asana practice, alignment and adjustments, functional anatomy, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, teaching methodology, and conscious living through daily discipline and self-awareness.

While our teachings are deeply rooted in tradition, our approach remains supportive, open, and intuitive. Guided by an experienced and caring team of teachers, students are encouraged to explore yoga with authenticity, awareness, and confidence — creating a meaningful journey of personal growth and transformation.
